Double Sided Glass Photo Frame

Double sided glass photo frame---It is made of two pieces of glass, one is 4mm floating glass, and another is 2mm floating glass. The 4mm glass must have been curved through the Stove keeping the 700 degree centigrade, meanwhile the glass should be put on the steel mould. The size of mould must same as the size the product that you want. Of course, we should print the color that you wanna on the glass. Considering the glass will pass through the 700degree centigrade hot stove, the paint on the glass must can stand the hot temperature. So the pantone color 245c and 247c is not acceptable. Because these two color is difficult to find, or else you added the powder of gold into it!( Gold is so expensive! : D) Meanwhile you should paint he 2mm glass, and the color should be same as the background of the 4mm glass! So why we have to use two pieces of glass to make the Double sided glass photo frame? Because it seems the picture have a little 3D image!
